Overview
We work closely with our clients and their families to identify, recruit and train good people who can keep our clients safe and help them to make the most of each day.
We build a bespoke service for each client, so every care team is as unique as they are. We identify people based on experience, location, interests and whether we feel they could be a good fit for our client and their family.
Clinical Support
Every client has a dedicated Lead Nurse to oversee their package of care and provide round-the-clock support to their care team.
The Lead Nurse will provide face-to-face training with you, and ongoing guidance and support to help you succeed. Training is specific to the individual needs of each client, so you’ll be equipped with the right knowledge and skills to keep them safe.
