Our head office team includes 2 former case managers with extensive experience of supporting clients who have sustained life-changing injuries through accidents or medical negligence.
For Personal Health Budgets (PHBs)
We work closely with organisations such as Disability Positive and WIRED to sort out the paperwork, invoicing and break through the bureaucracy, providing specialist support without the faff.
Bespoke Reporting
We provide bespoke reporting through apps, unique forms and use of QR codes in our clients’ homes. Our care/support staff complete post-session reports which are sent directly to families, case managers and clinicians, providing immediate feedback on behaviours, diets, fatigue and specific goals without waiting for the next meeting or submission of daily logs.
We’ve created daily activity reports, bespoke home-to-school (and back) handovers and daily updates for far-away family members which land in their inbox at the end of a shift.
Digital Systems
Parents and loved ones are provided with a log in to our systems so they can see who’s on and when, who’s eaten what or how things are going, without having to make a call.
